REFUND POLICY

All Services provided by Dovecare are provided on a non refundable basis once the service has been provided.

REFILL POLICY

We are able to prescribe up to a one time 90 day prescription  for many previously  prescribed medications

DO  WE GIVE A DOCTOR’S NOTE?

Yes, we can provide simple forms  such as work/school excuses or return to work/school notes when appropriate clinically.

WHAT STATES ARE COVERED?

We provide telemedicine coverage- Video visits in all parts of Virginia .

8AM TO 8PM 6 DAYS A WEEK

WHAT WE DO NOT TREAT?

Go to the nearest emergency room  or call 911   immediately of you have symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing,weakness/numbness on one side,slurred speech, seizures, concussion, severe bleeding, serious burns, broken bones/dislocated joints.

WHAT WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE?

We do not prescribe or refill controlled substances

DO WE WORK WITH INSURANCE?

We only accept self pay  with credit/debit cards  and  HSA/FSA for now.We are currently working on partnering with Insurance carrriers.Stay posted for more details.
